A Forum for the Nova Scotia NDP

This is a forum for members and supporters of the Nova Scotia NDP- the people who did the leg work that made this historic government possible

The expectation is that discussion can be productive and can remain that way with only light and occasional suggestions about things like discussion decorum and the appropriateness of comments. People are expected to conduct themselves as they would at the NSNDP Provincial Council, or as they would in any fairly large and diverse public meeting.

The discussion is open to all. That includes people who are not NDP members or supporters. But there are other places for people to make global and outsider pronouncements of their opinions about the Nova Scotia NDP and the government. If such comments are more than just isolated and occasional they will inhibit productive discussion. Hopefully people will refrain from responding to such comments

Abusive comments will not be tolerated, and may be deleted. Potentially libelous comments will be simply deleted. Personal attacks will not be tolerated.

To make a comment, if you are comfortable signing your own name, that is much preferred. But if you only feel comfortable remaining anonymous, by all means use that option. The Google blogger name choices can be hard to understand. It is certainly easier to let it choose "Anonymous" for you. But having a few commenters named Anonymous in a discussion gets confusing and is hard for others to make reference to something you wrote. So please choose yourself another blogger name if you do not want to use your own.

We especially encourage NDP members and supporters who want to become blog authors/contributors.

A lively discussion is what the Nova Scotia NDP needs now. Diversity of opinions and approaches in this forum will further that. Even if you only have in mind one specific blogpost you would like to contribute, please contact kensummers999@gmail.com
